One of the highlights of my life was when I was accepted to study with the Theological University of America. There are many definitions for life, for some, it is a bridge, for others it is like a wave; I see it like a ladder, and one of the steps one must make is to get his/her education.

It has been said that life will teach you more than books ever will, but we should be careful and never mistake knowledge with wisdom for one helps you make a living; the other helps you make a life.

Learning helps us grow, thus we should never cease learning. Learning is not easy but if you do it with an open heart, God will open a door for you when the road seems bitter.

I thank brother Jimmy Young, PhD and brother Jim Benton,PhD for their support and encouragement. Without them, I would never be able to advance my education.

I've always wanted to be the best at what I do (who doesn't), now I realize that to do your best is better than to be the best. As Abraham Lincoln once said, "Whatever you are, be a good one." No matter where or what you are in life, always seek to teach and learn. It will not only make your life better but you will secure a better future for the next generation.

No matter what you are or do in life, do it for the glory of God because He is the Teacher of all teachers and the Leader of all leaders. Everything comes from God, but are we aware of what we receive?

May God guide your steps in life regardless of what you seek as long as it is honest and honorable.
